Make a Kiwi Bird.

To create their own little bird, children will need white sturdy papers, wax crayons, watercolours or tempera paints, cup of water, brush, coloured paper, glue, scissors, and possibly moving "eyes".

Make the bird's beak out of coloured paper. Cut out a triangle, fold it in half, unfold the sturdy paper and glue the beak in the middle of the edge of the quarter (at the fold line).

After finishing, repaint the feathers with water-based paints or significantly diluted tempera paints.

Allow the work to dry and then draw or glue on the moving eyes.
