Do you organize factory tours?
Unfortunately, our factory is not adapted for tours, so we don't. As a replacement, we plan to offer a virtual tour in the future.
Do you sell sharpeners for Versatil pencils separately?
No, unfortunately, due to the quantity of products sold, we are unable to sell any of their parts separately.
Are your products suitable for vegans?
You should not eat our products. For source materials we follow all the rules about chemical substances, focusing on getting the best quality possible. However, we can definitely exclude testing of our products on animals.
How to sharpen large or triangular pencils?
Try a size 12 sharpener, e.g. 9095OZ-032KK; however, we prefer table-mounted, handle-operated sharpeners, which can easily and quickly handle all sizes.
